This was freaking awesome, the humor was on point and the conversations felt very fluid. You've got talent for this stuff. I just read your profile and hope you're doing ok, it sounds like a major surgery. Praying you get well soon! Take your time writing the 6th chapter, but please please please don't abandon it. This was such an interesting take on daphne, I can't wait to read more, and have more of her pov or past shown. Again, atb for your recovery!

I am finding it really hard to like this version of Harry.

As he glanced at her recognition slow dawned on him. Largest of the clues to recognition was the pull on his magic, next was in the flush of embarrassment on Daphneys face. But none could give the game away faster, than the tact she was wearing Harry’s jacket.

I’m dying to know what happens next. Oh god this hooked me so bad I forgot to eat dinner!

For someone so strung up on Sara, I find it a little pathetic that Harry is still treating it as a game despite the emotional turmoil it’s causing him. But again, no one ever said he was smart and not an ass, so he’s just causing more trouble for himself.

He should have used diagnostics, he should have looped in his best friends far earlier on, heck, he should have dropped it in polyjuice or something. And Ginny is completely right and I’m glad that he got the emotional and intellectual beatdown from her, cause Harry has been a selfish idiot.

Well now that he’s finally reunited with Sara, (please don’t make Harry an idiot and not recognize her just for the sake of dragging this out to 20-30 chapters), I hope you get the ball rolling again.

I’m sorry to read about your changing job and surgery, I truly wish you the best and a hasty recovery! I’ve really enjoyed this and I truly hope you get to finish this. I’m not sure how I could handle if you made this into another 10-15 year project like Eclipse. I think you have a really great story, and I would hate it for it to be bogged down by unnecessary and excessive drama and angst. At the end of the day, it’s your story and you can write it however you like. I fully respect that. I just hope that I will have the opportunity to read a completed story, before your life inevitably gets more busy and you are unable to keep writing for any multitude of reasons.

I hate this chapter, not because I don’t like the fic, but because I know there’s one chapter left to see if Harry figures out who she is or not. For an Auror, he’s not exceptionally bright. She’s dropped so many hints and he’s still not able to draw a connection that she’s a slytherin. I get that he probably doesn’t know the name, but the best he can come up with is that she’s not a gryffindor? Oof.

Your portrayal of the characters feel so much more human and realistic than most fics I've read.

I was holding my breath this entire chapter, and then I held it even more when I read that last bit. This is an amazing story, and I'm shocked that I haven't found it earlier. I know this is on a bit of a backburner but I can't wait for the next chapter.

I should really leave a better review, lol. I really love the character dynamics between each other, and the dialog as well! I see that this was updated last in 2020, and I really hope you pick this story back up and finish it.

A bit angsty, but not unrealistic so. I really want to see how things unfold between Harry, Ginny, and Daphne. I see a lot of trouble on the horizon, and I'm curious to see how it plays out.

I got hooked on it instantly, and read all 5 current chapters in a day.

Okay but why are they doing this in Honduras? Like, they aren’t exactly wealthy there? I can’t imagine the bigotry going beyond I can do magic and you can’t. She seems to have all her ire at the wealthy and isolationist European ministries but they are doing this in the poor Central American regions?

Is building dams illegal in the wizarding world? Or is it that they're treating muggles using magic? Struggling to spot it. I wonder whether Harry will ever become fully convinced of this cause...
