I like how they begin to realized just how much of an advantage they have based on the powers they got passed down and seeing how Lee had to work at his gifts. I like Boruto's reference to Lee's spin off series. Also, my favortie gag with Lee and Gai with the sunset and water splash. Ah yes... THE FOREST OF DEATH... they get to see everyone's favorite Snake themed Sannin.

A bit earlier than I thought, but Sarada and Boruto know about Itachi. I assumed it would be during the whole Itachi and Kisame incident. They are starting to see when some of where Borutos dad started some of his trademarks. It seems that Boruto does not know the CORRECT term he is looking for. Its the "talk-no-jutsu" As for Sarada's comment on how "brutal" things are...THIS is what being a shinobi is. That generations has been WAY TO CODDLED. I REALLY can't wait to they see how the FIRST interaction with Orochimaru in the forest went.

Sometimes I forget how taxing the Sharingan is in part 1. It seems NOW it's starting to dawn on them just how lucky and care free they have it. At this point i'm playing the episodes in another tab while I'm reading. I must say, the background OST along with this it fun to read along with the reactions.

All the comparisons made, to Borutos credit, he DOES have more tact than his father did at that age. I remember loving how Zabuza talked, with disgust about how headbands are given out like candy these days. Watching through the first part of Boruto, thats closer to them than Naruto now that I look back at it. I'm looking foward to Zabuza's return and the FIRST time we see the CHIDORI!

Ahh yes. Edgy overlord persona Sasuke... Boruto has much to learn. As for the ending... ONE THING that even other fanfictions and time travel stories do point at is wonder...HOW THE HECK did he untie himself.

At this point, "Sadness and sorrow" is on a loop in my head. I agree, those brats deserved whatever prank Naruto threw at them. Honestly, im so invested that I have to remember I'm reading a fanfiction about watching past events.
