| Thisdude4 chapter 5 . 5/10/2021 look, i like the concept behind this story but the execution here is lacking. Giving Jaune so much of his tech power right away, having the big plot players shift to having him at the center of their plans, etc has really turned him into a very bland mary sue that brings this story down in quality. now not to play back seat writter here, but i think you should consider restarting with this premise and try not being afraid to use a more appropriate pacing and power scaling. jaune n co are at beacon to learn and grow in their craft over the course of four years, please make use of it (a series of increasingly challenging adversaries is already provided by canon, ala torchwick n neo-adamthe white fang-Ember-Salem). Even with more limited technical access/prowess in the beginning jaune can be a great huntsman in training; push his improved strategicmathematical abilities to the fore as he works to bring himself up to speed physically and as he experiments with and expands his semblance's capabilities. |
