I don’t agree with Robert and his expending he and Cercei really waste too much money and also they are robbed blind and do nothing about it.

Robert problem is not that he has mistresses is that he has no respect for his wife and court. He is a noble, worse a King. So he must be a little better. Like not in public where his wife and children are, not in front of other ladies or his father in law!

So his problem is that he is a barbaric man without modals and morals, even in his age.

And really he didn’t work in his work. And he didn’t put any gold in his kingdom, the kingroad was a disaster, the people in his own city were in poverty and without food!

So Robert was a terrible King even by Middle age standards.

Other king could have all the same mistresses but be more gentleman in public about it. So only in private, everybody will know for rumors about how many women he had but they couldn’t really tell, because no one really saw him with one in court, or in a party, or in a meal.

So he is a bad King with loose morals and bad governance.

Kakashi would probably appear to be a bastard valerian to them with his white hair and young age its not silver and his eyes aren't purple (one red one black) but with his good looks (the show even states that that's one of the reasons why he wears his mask) plus his hair color being close but not quite I'd say that's where he would fit in probably somewhere in the storm lands as thier supposedly is still quite a few valerian bastards there. Naruto with golden blonde hair and bright blue eyes would be constantly mistaken for a lannister which once he hears what they are like would vehemently deny it but in him trying to do goods things as often as he can he'd probably have most of westeros saying well atleast there is one good lannister out there. Also with narutos history of rescuing and unwittingly seducing princesses I could see a situation where sansa Adrianne margery and myrcella are all competing against eachother for him without him realizing it .
