so I was liking this story at first until the piccolo jr saga because at that point the power levels stopped making sense to me because it's basically just the same as it was in canon despite there being 2 saiyans training together which means zenkais would be a big thing (even if only a little at a time so again power levels didn't make much sense to mebut now it makes even less sense because Goku had another Saiyan to train with for 5 yrs even if they were focusing on different projects he should still be a good deal stronger than he was in canon, so at this point to me at least it seems you are nerfing them so that you can follow the canon plot line cause while you made some changes with this upcoming fight with chichi and Caulifla thrown in the mix you then balanced it out with Renso, making it seem like it will be the exact same fight basically just with more people. Don't get me wrong I was enjoying the story but at this point I'm just kinda confused and frustrated I hope the next chapter clears this up.

Theoretical, Practical? Now I'm imagining them pulling a "Roboute Guilliman" Practical/Theoretical while talking, with Gohan supplying the Theoreticals and Menra the Practicals.

I'm curious to see the difference between a half and a full saiyan Gohan. I mean, its not the same Gohan, at best his ATL!Half-Brother. I can see this Gohan being quite different than canon one, I hope you remember he's a Full-Blood Saiyan with all the consequences - more of a saiyan nature, not having canon Gohan's immense potential because hybrids are stronger.

Looks like we have a new Saiyan around, but this new guy is probably fodder. One of the other canon surviving saiyans that appeared in the background of Vegeta's flashback about the destruction of his planet, but never popped up for some reason?

Geez these saiyans are clearly more OP than the canon ones, I mean, that would have killed the canon Raditz stone cold dead. They don't seem scared by that 12k power-level, so looks like they're on the level of canon Vegeta or so?

Also, the kids having no idea how they got up so high has some big "How did you put your own brain into another body?" energy and that's hilarious. "How did I DO that?"

Here is where the fun begins.

I have to admit. I always felt that if not for Chi-Chi being an overbearing mother, Gohan would grow up to be an amazing fighter. Maybe he wouldn't be as battlr crazy as his dad, but he wouldn't be so averse to fucking train. Seriously, what the fuck happened to Gohan in the 7 year timeskip between his fight with Cell and the Buu saga? And don't even get me started on the clusterfuck that was Gohan in Return of F. One thing is to get stuck in your level, another differently to get weaker. You would think that he would learn his lesson when Buu fucking mopped the floor with him several occasions, but nooooo, he had to get conformist again and mop the floor with his face against Freeza... again.

So, yeah, I hope we still get the lovable dork with the fury of a thousand suns inside him, but maybe a little bit more assertive? A little bit more agressive? A tad more inclined to train? A little bit more saiyan?
