If he could edit the telomere and DNA of certain cells of each type completely and control his immune system not to attack them, while simultaneously taking in a large amount of nutrients and increasing the pace of cell generation and degeneration while precisely replacing them with the altered cells alone...

Provided it doesn't change his quirk, he could turn himself into an entirely new person altogether... And that's just the disguise potential.

a hummingbird's ability to process information at speed,

even things like a new set of limbs: grow fur, bat-like wings, a tail, the ability to molt like a snake, store energy as a new easily convertible high energy fluid that can be mixed into the blood without issue?

If the O concentration in the atmosphere doubled, isnects would gigantify insects and birds, who would fly lower and have different dietary needs... So what if he modified his body precisely so that he could breathe nitrogen instead of oxygen? And then further improved it by making it completely precise?
