I just finished for the first time, and this is hands down one of my favorite stories.

this is my 2nd read of this fanfic and it's just as good as I remember it. your characters are so real, your writing style so compelling, that I don't have words to express how much I enjoy every moment. this is my favorite fanfic of all time. I'm gen z but I've never played RPG's but your story never made it difficult to understand. you said you put your soul into this and I can certainly see that.

and the allergic reaction scene and what Bella read was the sweetest, truest act of love I've ever read in fiction. this is certainly an intimate relationship with so much heart in it. kudos, and thank you so much for writing.

I have not gamed since the early 2000s, and it was pretty basic Ages Of Empire(?) so I admit to skimming some parts of the story. Despite that, I love tje build of rhe story. It was a truly unique way to delve into the characters and plot, not something that simply 3rd POV could achieve.

It was... fun? I don't know how to describe it. Truly intriguing and funny and inspired. I came into it expecting something completely different, but the result is so good that I don't even mind the lack of lemons. Which I normally love. It was fascinating and a learning opportunity on the fluidity of sexuality thatwhile I know existsis not something I've been exposed to. Bella, Leah and Alistair represent a side of human sexuality I'd be happy to learn more about.

So thank you for that. And your informative ANs, your passion and your talent.

Absolutely loved this story Rae, you really poured your heart and soul into this and i loved the pop culture mist and the realness you injected into these characters. I don’t usually read author’s notes as a whole but in your case it was eerie seeing how the States were during the writing of this tale. I am a heart and lung Doc and the snapshots you told in your A/N were scary and recorded our fears at the time in New Zealand for the disbelieving public. It was like being inside another story.
