Honestly this is pretty damn stupid. Not that he got captured, but that he went with only couple people. I mean there's no way anyone would allow that, he's a prince.

How is this a Harry Potter crossover? You have made an OC with Harry as the name. If you had Harry get memories of his previous life as he grew up, that would be better. Just because you name a character Harry and oh have a sword called Hedwig does not mean it is a Harry Potter/GoT crossover
