See to me, and this is something I feel like this something that is never brought up in canon, but it's clear that heroes have to kill sometimes. Like allmight assumed that he killed all for one, and he wasn't panicking or saying he's not a hero anymore... he went on assuming the greatest hero and life went on. It was clear the water hose heroes had tried to kill muscular anyone who thinks they didn't try to should notice the prosthetic, meaning they went for the only place he is vulnerable and take him down. Just saying heroes have to kill sometimes; ask hawks he killed dabi.
