Thanks for another update! Only thing keeping me entertained!

The INSTANT I read "Potter just couldn’t condescend the way he needed to" I was like "DRACO’S GOING TO VOLUNTEER AND THEN HERMIONE AND DRACO ARE GOING TO BE FAKE-MARRIED WOOOOO" and when he did I was very smug :) The "darling/dearest" moment made me grin heartily. The birthday was adorable. The Scavengers’ Guild was so vividly described, so unique! Looking forward to more.

Loved it a usual and I'm now hating how well you write a cliffhanger! This chapter is making me very reminiscent of how I felt when I read the trio get the locket in the books. Look forward to more

There are literally not the words to describe how much I loved that! Especially as I'd just caught up then BAM! This chapter drops in hot off the press.
The Scavengers Guild reminds me of the Neil Gaiman book Neverwhere, and it's all just so vivid! The terror felt so real as they got escorted away and thank god for Draco, keeping his calm and coming up with a cover story so quickly.
I adored the birthday scene as well, so cute and so adorable for all of them, they really are starting to work together as a unit and trust, it's beautiful.
Plus, setting up a new HQ at the Potter cottage is heart warming and kinda bittersweet, seeing them with together on the renovation is nice and I love that Hermione was able to perform the charm with that memory of Draco.

I'm really looking forward to reading the next chapter, as this one was excellent, despite ending on a cliffhanger. I wish you well while writing future chapters. Good luck.

The majority of time I'm feeling that this could have been canon, the additional pieces you've added may as well be fact. Combined with such a logical chain of events that helps underpin the story.

Is there some explanation for why voldemort doesn't know about draco's life/death via the dark mark? I would assume he could tell who was alive or dead, considering he could summon an individual death eater.

I'm also not sure about the diadem, but I'm loving that you're using that instead of the locket!

I'm loving the alternative chain of events and them stopping in with the twins could have so easily happened. I love the detail of the tent as well.
It's so fitting that Ron would call out Draco like that, I really enjoyed reading their reactions as it seems like Hermione and Harry have accepted that Draco will be with them for the foreseeable.

His struggle is so real and you've done it so subtly that I don't think he realises he's starting to question his beliefs, he's got just enough niggling doubt matched with some "questionable" actions which should lead quite nicely into a revelation.
The escape from the Slytherin common room was also genius, so simple and so effective.

I am LOVING the pacing in this! They are figuring stuff out so much quicker with Draco there.
I also loved his inner monologue about how he wasn't helping, just watching, very clever.
If they find the diadem now, I'm wondering if the Battle of Hogwarts will take place and thinking in that way, will Ron ever get the delluminator to help him find his way back to them? If he leaves that is, and I'm sure he will if the dramione starts up!

I love the symmetry you're putting in between Draco and Regulus, along with the theory that he could be alive.
The whole scene where Draco found the fake horcrux was so perfect, so much tension and eventual acceptance that they had to tell Draco. Also loved that he pointed out RAB and tried to stop Harry with Kreacher.
I'm shocked Hermione took Draco with them, in a brilliant way, there is nothing else that could have been done in that moment, so fantastic.
Those boys are gonna be pissed and I hope this is the start of something for Dramione now that Hermione has realised she and Ron missed their opportunity.
