Ouch, here was a chapter with feels. Great going with that! Giving us all these chapters before Luke finally realizes the cost of his time travel was a great way to lure the reader in. Kind of wished we saw more of his break with Ahsoka though.

I am enjoying the fic. You seem to find obscure points and important pivots to bring life o your plot. Looking forward to more.

Awww this was really sad. I loved Padme and Sabe so much together. I understand why you broke them up but it still feels unpleasant.

That was a fascinating chapter, it's interesting to see how the characters are progressing.

Fun chapter; I was actually hoping for the Padme-Sabe romance to override the Anakin one. I'm not particularly invested in either one, but I felt it would be more interesting for Anakins happier ending with foresight to cost him his dream "happy ever after." The problem with that, of course, is that its not really a sacrifice just a consequence he has no power over, so it won't really build his character more.

There still are those cloning tanks on the corissant moon, I think he did have some backup bodies in there... Ugh. The mess continues.

wowie! epic chapter! though I would have thought you were going for another full arc rather than 3 chapters. though it remains to be seen if she'll go "I'm strong and can deal with it by myself" path, which obviously leads to catastrophe. Or she'll do the anticlimactic MC path, showing greater wisdom and require help from her elders

So I got fed with Leia/Cody content (A ship I didn’t know I needed until now, btw, excellent job) and got plunged into the horror of the beginning of Darth Sideous and him (or Plageious, maybe) interacting with Leia after her dream. Them Sith are Crazy. As in Crazy Evil oh good Lord.

Leia's new relationship? I shrug shoulder and think 'Meh, why not?'

Payment and Sabe thing sounds a lot like a Natalie Portman X Keira Knightley fic.

It was a brilliant decision to use the excerpts from Plagueis. It really helped frame Leia's own fears and I loved the few lines. Poor Sabe and Padme. There were a lot of feels in this section and I love how Sabe is able to move on and her faith that Padme can move forward and rebuild her life. Padme is going to do some introspection before she can move on and I'm all here for it. I loved the little father/son bonding moment; it was adorable. The Leia/Cody scene was amazing. You have a particular strength in writing very intimate lead in scenes without crossing the threshold into a full-blown sex scene that shines so much more just about all "sexy" scenes in fanfiction and you do it so well. You've done it in Making of Mavericks, The Queen Doesn't Need to Know, and in the original posting of What We Lost, and this was just another brilliant example. As always, I am eagerly looking forward to the next chapter.
