How Steve Rogers of you Tony. He is seriously coming off as a Fury wannabe, seemingly trying to create enemies through high-handed actions and heavy-handed stupidity.

Gotta say, I personally am way more vengeful than this Harry and would not have caved so easily. His reaction is probably the best response, both in terms of moving the plot along and being seen as non-aggressive by these people - but it shows a distressing amount of a lack of self respect on Harry’s side.

Suspicions *don’t* actually justify bad and unlawful (like breaking and entering!) behaviour. Peter being wary and extra careful? Sure. Maybe even a degree of surveillance through public cameras before seeking an interview.

Ambush by agents that weren’t even part of the Accords? No. That’s actually a crime committed against you, you idiot. (One of the most frustrating things about MCU was basic laws being ignored. The accords did not need to exist to ‘control superheroes’ - the world just needed to enforce the laws they already had around unlawful entry and vigilantism. But that was less dramatic than ‘the whole world is evil and the UN - whose every other document is all about protecting basic humans rights - wanted to control people with powers!)

Holding the Accords over Harry’s head even as Peter himself avoids them by being personally connected with Stark? Rank hypocrisy.

Tapping his phone and internet searches? Another crime.

Going to confront him while specifically armed against his known abilities? Whatever happens next, it’d be considered premeditated on their behalf.

At any time Harry, they could have texted you an invitation for a non-aggressive, non-confrontational, information session/discussion about the Accords and how they affected you, along with gauging your intentions towards supervillainy (taking into account your total lack of evidence in that direction so far).

Harry, get a lawyer, and get some self-respect. Not in that order.

Or, turn both Tony and Peter into turtles until *they* develop some respect. I’m cool with that too. _
