Gal, this little story broke me as I truly felt Edward's pain and guilt in just this small story and the pictures over on the Fic Lab were equally as devastating. Definitely crossing me fingers and being patient until you can do this quick story justice as a full length story! Take care, Trisha :}

Sunshine's reply: Do you know what I see when I read a review like this? You saying "Dance, Monkey, dance." You do realize I do this in my free time for YOU for FREE. In all honesty, I can write what I want when I want. I can also pull everything and don't have to answer to anyone but myself.

I'm also guessing you don't write. You realize all my fics are different Edward and Bellas, even though they're based on the same canon characters, don’t you? Yes, writer's block happens with fic because the stories are different. The characters are different. Sometimes they just stop talking to you. *insert shrug* And that's why I started Throttle, to get the wheels moving again. And it’s working. I'll also have you know, this tidbit was hanging out in my docs, waiting for a polish, so when I read the prompt in TFL, I tweaked it a little and shared it. It's not like I'm only allowed to have one idea at a time. Kind of a dick move to suggest otherwise.

If you were in my FB group—who knows, maybe you're lurking there—you'd know I'm actually working on ASPtL. But shit like this makes me want to shelve it a little longer just out of spite. It's no wonder so many writers have left the fandom. *shakes head*

Forgiveness is the one thing that he can’t give himself for something he ultimately had no control over. Deep pain, PTSD, and self loathing are the only things that seem to register in his mind.
He’s right about not feeling lovable at this time. He needs therapy and new coping mechanisms to have a future without these feelings.
She can only stand by him and learn how to support him in this journey to live again.
