Your blatant adherence to Canon is starting to really drag the story. Naruto doesn't even get his own story anymore, it's all just jump from one movie to the next. The best part of this story was the beginning, where you were writing a more naruto story. I've been reading this for so long though that I feel invested but I do t feel like I've enjoyed a chapter in a while
