I give up, it's so boring, most of the story has just been harry baby sitting the SGC or being restricted like a child by his family.

In your story Harry is as much a control freak than Remus is.

A thing i find weird is how the magical secrecy came to be due the Salem trial instead of the Catholic church high inquisition and all the witch burning in europe.

Also you should read about the salem trial which while bad resolved in more scrutiny over the global hysteria which happened then to prevent it from happening again in the future.

If you compare it to the situation in Europe with thousands of innocent killed for witchcraft... it's a wonder why you refer to Salem for the magical secrecy thingy.

Also there still witchcraft trial in some muslim countries/region or in Africa.

And it worked brilliantly, because it flowed organically. We could easily see both Harry's reluctance to forgive and his rationale for moving in that direction. Slowly, and yet, with the revelations over time (and boy, wasn't the Elder Wand Influence a freaking Brilliant stratagem!) that gradually made even me, an avowed 'bearded dark lord' hater, agree with Harry in fact if not in spirit. By the end of chapter 7 I'd let go my desire to strangle the old goat molester with his own beard. Ahem, well, YOUR Dumbledore is off that hook :D

One of my favorite things about this story is the flow of events. I'm a character-dev-first reader, but a good plot drives character development just as much as vice-versa. Your plot brought the characters through a lot of events that shaped them and, as they evolved, that shaped the plot. (and in Harry's case, the universe lol)

Very nice, this will both remove an easy attack (just fry their systems with magic) and yet also give them the ability to use magic to seize their ships thus reducing their fleets / adding to Earth's (and other allies) defenses, should they choose to use them that way.

The elf had been sniggering by the end, and Harry was outright laughing when the book Hermione was reading in another room had joined the heap. She hadn't been impressed, but Harry had high-fived the little guy as they started banishing the items back to their proper locations.

While it was cool to see Cooper's backstory, the idea of him still being Corporal is ludicrous. Just TiS (Time in Service) alone would have seen him taking the Sgt's boards. I'd be shocked if he were not an E6 or E7 by now, with additional pay for on-call, battle, and special assignment all stacking up to make him quite wealthy by enlisted standards. That said, Cooper should not be the only guard for Harry, there should be a rotation at the least, if not a backup as well as rotation.

From what he could feel from the flopping human transfiguration, it was stable. "On the bright side, he doesn't have a symbiote, so he can't take another host, and we don't need to keep him in a special containment unit."

"That's impossible." Sam said, as she watched the naked man start to shake less and less. He seemed to be gaining control of his body.

There was a different team investigating the DHD. Harry really hoped that they succeeded in finding out how the things worked, so that he could start on another project. He'd called dibs, when he delivered the devices. He'd use their findings and tinker until he had it down. He went to them, and started his own investigation.

Remus' dismissal of Hammond was perfect. I had forgotten what a hothead he was in the beginning of the show. By the time he calmed down he'd been replaced (or as good as).

This makes no sense to me. Every change to the rather tight quarters of their settlement would have to be approved in advance by a 'zoning committee' to ensure the builder knew what they were doing. For someone to simply 'start a waterpark' is silly. Nobody would do so on earth, and I doubt that they'd allow someone to come to mars that was so inherently stupid as to think they could 'just build' anything, let alone an amusement park, without any consultation.

He'd not be able to get away with dealing under the table. Not that he wanted to, since his people were finally able to deal anywhere they wanted. You could see Goblins walking down the road to go get an ice-cream at the local vendor and taking a bath in the local Japanese-style bath-house.

This paints a solid picture to help us understand the Goblins on Mars. Goblins are often portrayed as greedy, especially when it comes to spiting Wizzies, but if they have genuine equality...

Harry had just chuckled as he was taken away, protesting the whole way. Unfortunately Sirius wasn't professional enough for something like first contact with an alien species. His propensity to attack at being startled would definitely get them in trouble.

This is a lot of fun, it gives a solid rundown of what's up with Sirius and also has one of my favorite double-entendres for Sirius "he'd have to serve out his term." As a former prisoner, the fact that he volunteered (probably making a huge scene in the process) is icing on the cake.

His restrictions and reasoning for what he locks away from the temporal window are severely flawed logically. Especially considering he made and artificial intelligence to monitor the facility.

Great story

I love your stories, but I do admit I'm lost in this one, probably because I haven't watched SG1, so the context is lost. Either way, great storytelling and I enjoy your work. I'll probably just skip to the end to transition for the x-over.

This is one of those little plot holes in SG-1… The constellations would all be different, unless they had a standard, like Earth only viewing…. But it’s something that I just ignored because I loved watching SG-1…

Wow, so much for Op Sec. Have you intentionally decided to write Harry as an incompetent retard with no brains and no character growth or development despite this story and it's prequel taking place over several years? If so, did you make that decision because you actually somehow thought it would be entertaining? It's not, by the way, entertaining in the least, it's makes the character annoying and the plot unbelievable. A serious rewrite is necessary for this story and the first as they are, frankly, garbage that reads as though written by an adolescent teen who failed English class.

Wow only the first chapter and you've already made the story utter garbage, but since this is supposed to be a sequel to another story which was such a steaming pile of shit it should just be deleted I'm not shocked this started as shit from the very beginning.
