I don't see any problems with letting you change the PoVs in the end it is your story, we can guess, assume but in the end this story is yours, noone else's and if someone doesn't like how you do it, they can just leave. Also I like the tidbits of world building, seeing the consequences on the rest of the world of our changed history.

Man you love monologues, they are great though I will give you that much

Stain was kinda a weird one for me, where as he was supposed to be just cleansing the bad ones, his standards were so high I don't know if there wa anyone who'd pass it. And even good heroes like Tensei were getting crippled. I really think he should've been a more elusive character instead of what he was in canon
