Jen South and her fics were the first I'd ever come across on the internet. I'm glad to see someone has taken up the mantle. I can't wait to see where this goes!

You know, I could go on for days and days about your talent as a writer, your ability to create a world and conversations that draw your reader in and hold them in that world long after they’ve finished reading. I have revisited your story more times than I’ll admit, and I keep coming back, like other readers checking to see if you’ve updated. There is so much more to say here but all my fingers will let me type is WE NEED MORE!

Still intrigued as ever! Still love these characters and this 90s telling. I’m just trying to decide how I feel about John. Is he hot and heroic? Maybe a little creepy the way he fetishizes her innocence? A little handsy definitely… I didn’t realize you’d updated with Chapter 4 too! Can’t wait to see what happens next!

I can't believe I didn't get the alert for this! The world that you've built is intriguing af and just the right mix of exposition and mystery. Forgive me for taking so long in posting this review, life has been crazy! This is such a wondeful continuation of "The Burning" and I thank you, as a community member, for taking up this mantel that has been vacent since 1999 when Jen South abandoned this story. I and a few of my friends are hopful that under your tenure that is story can be completed. Your writting and pov is absolutly in the vein of Jen's work, which is so hard to do as her work was an inspiration to most us old timers and so very hard to emulate. However, you have done so and done so very well!I look forward to reading more very soon!
