To go with your summary, there would only be 5 true bloodline clans: Uzumaki, Senju, Kaguya, Uchiha, Hyuga. I don't count elements as genetic body/chakra bloodlines, as they could be learned: should anyone have the time, live long enough, work hard enough, or mimic mixing with seals. There are no true genetic element bloodlines. There are trends, but not garantees in families/clans (Wood was only Hashirama, Lava and Magnet are in multiple countries, Dust wasn't inherited, etc). So thus, in canon, there would only be those 5 clans with true/honest bloodlines effecting the body/chakra that can be guaranteed and passed down, even if not awoken in everyone. The only sixth one I would consider a bloodline that didn't come from Kaguya: Jugo's family, mutating to handle nature energy. Is there anything I missed in canon that could be considered an actual bloodline and not a hidden-jutsu like the akimichi, nara, yamanaka, inuzuka, aburame, etc? Something that could in no way be learned or gained from an outsider (not counting body part snatching, offspring won't inherit your stolen parts)? Will you include non-canon stuff from anime or make your own?

First person POV is annoying and great turn off, i don't need to see your self insert "OC" in the form of "Naruto". And what is that dialogue format, just write normaly as it was even more annoying to read.

I am positiv surprised, after reading the pairings and timetravel I was scaptical. Sounded a lot like a trash harem plotles smut Massaker, but you write really nicely.
I enjoyed you writing quit a lot.
The Dialoges read fast with your way, a nice touch.
