Um, the description of everything in college is a little surprising. Surely the author understands that such a shitty education system based on credits and nothing else only exists in the US? Other countries have more opportunities for students with good grades. It doesn't make sense that Hachiman, being Japanese, would think about college like an American.

Option 2, Hachiman in Fate Go is Good. It would be great how he interacts with servants, maybe Jeanne or Martha, who treats Jeanne Alter like a little girl and Salter like a glutton. His meeting with Rasputin or Kirei would be great or maybe with Angra Mainyu. That he treats Chaldea's children like an older brother, arguing with Emiya for spoiling them with sweets. Maybe seeing his internal struggle when he realizes his uselessness against so many monsters, I think I would put it in his ability that this means OP against enemies of humanity, but against servants he sucks.

This was the best HikiXHiratsuka story for me. Such a good story. Hiki was spitting facts left and right in this one. Thanks for the meal

So, major gripe as a reader, that's probably gonna get ignored and/or dismissed.
EVEN reading the authors note, you we're being way to subtle for your own good at any possible hinting that you thought you may have been having.

That said, having such a bang to the end of this story made everything before hand feel very pointless.

Because with a damn near 50k Ending that's a full fifth of the story devoted to a buildup that wasn't present in the rest of it.

Entire Story went from an amusingly somber mood, to FULL ON NASUVERSE.

Imma be honest, Haruno's fate kinda ruined my day, i enjoyed the fic but this particular chapter just left a bitter taste in my mouth, thanks for writing it!

So uhh, does that mean in this version Haruno is basically gone? I assume her mother swapped bodies with her, then used hypnosis or something to make her attack Hachiman hence the red eyes?

And after all that time with Hachiman, that's a really dark ending for her, i don't think Hachiman even realized that his friend is gone, that's so messed up

I don't care what kind of comment they say, for me this fic is amazing.

Confused with Kayoko. Were there hints that she was a Magus? Did Hachiman even know about Magus stuff? The only thing I remember is Kirei apparently explained his Mystic Eyes back when he visited Hachiman. He was apparently been warned several times which I assume were the attacks on him which of course Hachiman had no idea were warnings to him. I guess it just annoyed me that Hachiman was clueless till Kayoko explained it which was of course too late.

Anyway glad you finished it. I honestly liked your fic without the Magus stuff (since it seemed it wasn't important in the story).

Good ending. I always hated pairings/romance for the sake if it. These people getting disappointed over it can go fuck themselves tbh.
