Wow - well done. Enjoyed where you took this story.

Great story, but the ending was horrible. The MC became an arrogant berk who thinks just because of his birthright, he is a king. Birthright can be usurped and as far as everyone else is concerned, the MC didn't get his crown back yet so why he thought anyone would come and help him with Others when all he had were some tales and a dragon is beyond me.

And then he thinks he has the right to punish them and call it fair. Nope, the MC is just an arrogant bastard. That's what he became and it is not pleasant, considering the story was good overall.

I also don't like the absence of Daenerys Targaryen. Jon embraced his Targaryen heritage but didn't seek out the other side of his family? I just don't buy that.

A fix-it fic before a gamer story. Is it even truly a gamer story if he's just making stuff up to tell his younger self? Unless he's magically making him stronger and such through the book then it's just made up improvements that force him into training.

If greensight is so powerful then the Starks should rule the world. Just pop over and kill all your enemies by touching them. I assume only those with magic or magical wards can resist it.

Should have expected it once he was fine killing his aunt but he's an ahole. I should kill whoever doesn't do what I want or whoever does something I don't agree with. Ned was in open rebellion to the throne and he's complaining about him not supporting him as king of the family he's rebelling against?

I really enjoyed that. It was quick but a different take.. Some of the Gamer stories get bogged down in stats... But this one was just enough to get the story moving and then it change to move the story along.. Fun and fast well done.

God this has an obscene amount of bashing. Also that ridiculous I'd rather be dead than a bastard bit from Jon after finding out the truth you fucking serious? Remember the conversation with donel noye and jon at the wall where noye pretty much tells jon to get over himself he may be bastard but there are far worst fates than growing up in a castle and be educated alongside his trueborn siblings? This story goes the opposite way of that conversation and indulges jons childish sense of persecution.
