That's one of those stories with 'cool' mc that swears in every sentence. Guess what? It's just becomes boring to read.

Yeah, no. This isn't so different from canon. The change is not significant and not even moderately amusing. I figure you just want to write, however meaningless it is. It's tiring reading over 10 words worth of temper tantrum. Write a diary, man.

I don't really see how mint would be good in cooking, but I'm willing to try it when I'm in the mood for something new. Kinda scared. I absolutely adore anything else mint, especially cold. Wasabi KitKat might be good though depending on how spicy it is. I can go as hot as a Sugar Rush Stripey Pepper, which I THINK is somewhere between a Cayenne and a Habanero. I don't know. It might only be about as hot as a Cayenne.

As someone who currently lives in Florida and has for her whole life except for 6 - 7 months, you mostly got the Southern accent right. The only part that might've been different would be the part about frying the soldiers crispy. Way deep in the backwoods, yup, right on the money. Closer to the city, it could be explained away as Kane being so worked up he couldn't think straight and started saying whatever words he could think of that were closest to what he had in mind for those soldiers. Otherwise ya're would be y'all're or yer (I know, bad spelling, but that's the way it sounds), and "turn ya all crispy like" would be "fry yer (or y'all's) asses to a crisp". Good story

This is one of my favourite Shield Hero fics so far. Keep it up. My brain demands MOOOORE

I like that Kane doesn’t seem like a Gary Stu so far. He seems more like a smarter, american Motoyasu. I like this so far

This is great. It had been so long between updates that I had to go back and reread the story in order to remember what had happened, which was nice because I got to read a good story. Keep up the good work.

On a side note, I kinda want to see a continuation of the red hood idea. Watching the world fall apart because two of the heroes are dead and it's because of the church would be interesting to see.
