I was honestly surprised when I saw the update. Kind of feared the story was abandoned, good to know that is not the case and that it will be the focus for now.
So Adam offed Roman? Can't say it is a big loss but now he will have to watch out for Neo on top of everything else. With the amount of enemies Adam has he should really be looking for allies otherwise one of the people gunning for him will get a lucky shot.
You pulled the possessive and jealous but not quite insane and creepy lover nicely. Also thank god you will give your own spin to the plot. Frankly speaking canon was a mess and I think you can only improve it.
Speaking of pairings I see in the title Blake, Yang and Cinder. Any chance Weiss or Phyra can be included? Phyra might appreciate/be interested to someone who not only treat her as somebody special (her whole reason for falling for Jaune) but who is stronger than her as well (Phyra is good but Adam is better if only due to his experience in actual fighting and not tournaments/sparring). As for Weiss it will be interesting to see her interacting with Adam (Adam for all his rhetoric went after Blake when Weiss was there as well, there is just no comparison whom would be more valuable target for the white fang). Why, Weiss can actually join Blake in their quest to earn "forgiveness" right?
