The authorial fiat in Archer just... missing? I starting to get annoying. The first arrows on the ambush should have hit. Why wasn't it a more potent AoE arrow, or certain-hit, if he knew the first attack was the most importnt?

Similarly, I keep thinking back to the second bout with the white and black magical girls, outside their house... How did they survive against Nine Lives? it makes perfect sense that he would do that, and I can even buy it being survived... but how? It just got glossed over. Did it miss?

I need to see the existential drama between Homura and Madoka and between Sayaka and Kyouko: Homura likely got spoilers from her future version that all her efforts to save Madoka are pointless, and Kyoko really needs to really find meaning in her life outside of the protection of her family.
