Mami sounds like a bait and switch saleswoman. If something is too good to be true, then it's probably because it is. Also, surprised Archer didn't immediatly recognise the soul gem as an actual soul. Really, wouldn't that have been the perfect moment to use Structural Analysis?

I do think Archer would call Mami on the “soul gem” thing. He has hunted enough monsters who wear human skin to tell when something might be an attempt at immortality or such.

You are severely lacking commas in your dialogue. Here's a tip, try saying the line out loud and use commas or hyphens when you need to pause to take a breath.

Good on Atcher on being suspicious. He of all people should be wary of contracts that are too good to be true.

His situation is extremely similar to that of a magical girl. He did get what he wanted in his deal with Alaya, but he was never told the full details of what being a Counter Guardian entailed until after he made the contract.
