On a reread I honestly didn't remember you had all might and anyone who would listen blabbing about one for all even if he tells them about all for one he would never have voluntarily revealed any info on his quirk and the hpsc has no way to know that information in cannon I think it's only 6 people who know everything in all mights circle (afo doesn't apply here as he has no reason to tell) those being all might gran torino the detective chiyo and nezu. Izuku would be included bakugo too later on in cannon time line but that doesn't happen here or at this point.

I know this doesn't majorly affect things going forwards and the story is still great just felt the need to point out how illogical this is

I'm sorry but at the beginning of this chapter he's 5 so here's my question what school would teach a 5 year old about atoms. When I was 5 I learned basic math, the alphabet, reading and writing. Pretty sure I learned about atoms when I was in middle school so when I was like 11 to 14 maybe 15 years old.

Of course he's not a homophobe he's 5. Also with My hero academia being set 200 years in the future and with so many people with quirks that make them look like animals or so many other things I'm sure a girl dating another girl or a guy dating another guy is the last thing on people's minds. If a guy that looks like a dog can marry a girl that has green skin I'm sure not many people will bat an eye at a girl marrying another girl.
