Just been catching up on the last three chapters of Walter's life. Enjoyed your take on his character and family life, could see it all happening. It was a nice way to learn some of the back ground and in the one regarding their rescue from the ice cave the time scale it could have taken. Loved the way you covered the birth of Walter's son, chuckled at him driving off without his wife.. it bound to have happened.:) Good reason for him to be missing for that episode and a thing Hammond would do so Walter would not be caught out. Certainly captured the tension for the Cassie chapter and it was all fun to read. Thanks for taking the time and sharing, will have to go back and catch up with the rest.

Interesting and nicely done chapter showing us how Walter started to cope with his feelings and doubts over the new situation, as well as showing his home life, we didn't see. Also shows how he and General Hammond started that working relationship and Walter's knowledge and skills. Thanks for sharing and will catch up when I can.
