I was remembering Richard II by Shakespeare in an earlier review. Sir Pierce Exton in Act V Scene IV “Have I no friend will rid me of this living fear?” He thought King Henry IV wanted the deposed King Richard II, killed.

Or the line you may have been referencing was attributed to Henry II in 'Will no one rid me of this troublesome (turbulent) priest' ie: Thomas Beckett. Either way, it made my brain search Shakespeare and then History to find the quotes you were possibly referencing. My brain insisted it had to be done. lol!

Anyway...

Ha! Harry, Tell the world about how Dumbles actually runs his school! The nerve of that man. I just want to pull his beard out 1. Hair. At. A. Time. Slooowwwwly.

Case 2.

Of course, Harry Potter's a liar. The Daily Prophet said so after all. Sheeeeeple.

Case 3.

Dudley took responsibility for his actions knowing it would put him into a Wizarding Prison. That is the mark of a boy learning to be a man, ie an adult. Good for him.

Petunia surprised me by staying silent. Vernon, not so much. It was typical Vernon.

Harry did a fantastic job speaking before the Wizengamot. Lovely how he snuck that last part in... hehehe!

Inventive, yet fitting sentences.

Case 4.

Oh my word. That memory instead of the other one... perfect!

And, again Harry tells the truth about Dumbledore and his true actions. He also does this in public and on the record twice in the same day. yay!

Case 5.

'Will no one rid me of this troublesome boy' Someone has been reading their Shakespeare. Richard II, if I remember correctly... I need to double check that after this chapter is over.

Luna is wise beyond her years by simply stating the obvious.

Madam Bones is livid! She should have fired Tonks just because she didn't take action to help an innocent, which is the duty of officers, imho. 'Imagine me two feet away under an invisibility cloak listening to your every word.' Hmmm. I know a few adults whose parents should have said that back when their kids were teens. Raises hand.

Decent apology from Tonks, but she still needs to prove she's trustworthy and not about to watch something illegal, ie child abuse, etc, occur and do nothing... again. At least, to me she does. And Heaven help her if her parents find all this out. Wonder if that will occur? Reading more to find out! Oh, maaaan. Sigh. No details. That's ok, I can imagine (or maybe even remember) a really good lecture from her mother and then her father.

I am so glad I wasn't reading this exactly when it was posted. My nephew died that night. Wow this is a great fanfiction. You don't know how important reading fanfiction has been during a difficult time in my life. If only Siri Reads was not so pickaxe-through-the-ear annoying. To me as well as to others around me. Most excellent end to all the DEs, especially the werewolves. I know some people don't enjoy Harry becoming too powerful, but I love it! I also love when all the DEs die with Voldy. With all the power and curses he put into those dark marks, I don't see how anyone marked could survive him. The fact that our heroes are heading back to the castle as if nothing happened is positively perfect! Thanks!
