It’s a weird thing when you read a story that’s being updated regularly, and you get so invested in it and then the updates go quiet - the internet is such a scarily anonymous place sometimes, you never quite know if the author has lost interest, or is just caught up in life, or if something happened to them and they’re never coming back!
