I think there have been some works with an SI weasly but be careful of the power creep. I highly doubt that most wizards become op in their teens. Your character will probably have to be more smart, than powerful. It took decades for voldemort to gain power. You have no concept of magic being a reincarnation. Family tomes and stuff is just hand waving and is a weak way to deal with the lack of power. You’ll probably only start becoming powerful in hogwarts with room of requirement. You probably will be able to get tomes but they may not be written in English or maybe code. I doubt people write decades of research down in easy vernacular. I wonder how you’ll proceed.
