To add onto that, as much as people struggle with making realistic character development for a fantasy of an idea like the why and how of Artemis would want to be Percy, people also just as egregiously fumble the why and how Percy could ever evolve as a character to want to be with HER. And it’s amazing seeing you try to plant seeds for both of those processes that feel incremental and natural and believably build on what we know is true of these characters.

I’m glad you settled on giving Annabeth a full and proper character arc. We haven’t really seen an author innovate something like that before in this fandom. Where we see a realistic transition from a great canon pairing and a proper Tribute and sendoff for it that gives every character their shine. At best it’s (understandably) just killing Annabeth off, (and at worst it’s some dumb middle school minded trope like her cheating on him) but we’ve never had something as unique and original as this before which is to not only respect these characters and the official canon relationships but celebrate them properly in the process of moving on. It’s such a novelty in the community and a refreshing departure from silly character assassination just to make a premise work. Needless to say I’m impressed and inspired and every bit you add to this leaves me wanting more.

Could be the future not the present Artemis so what did Percy do now

I like the story and the concept of it and I’ve think you’ve done a great job of world building, but I’m just not a fan of how weak Percy is compared to the Annuki, like he stands absolutely zero chance, he’s just a bug, it’d be a lot more interesting if he could actually go toe to toe with them or have a fighting chance, because even right now he’s outnumbered likely 10-1, he’s woefully outmatched in terms of power, he’s just relying on sheer dumb luck or a stupid cliche and it’s ruining the story

Man am i glad i took a chance on this fic, i was expecting something that would do little more than tide me over till the next update of something else but I am very glad this is not the case.

You nail Percy and Ricks tone. That is something i unfortunate rarely get to say in this fandom but you got the style downpat and for that alone i lowkey kinda love this fic and your authorship.
