I do like that Dumbles showed the memories all in one session - instead of dragging it out. What would have happened if he'd died early and Harry never saw the rest.

Dobby and Winky - I'm happy they are joining and if it also makes Winky feel better about herself - so be it. They can also correct the story about Hokey that has lived for years.

Good work on this chapter. Truly enjoyed it and am so glad you’re back. Seems like Winky and Dobby are fully on board in bringing down Tom! Good to see. I can understand Hermione’s conflict when it comes to having them get involved, but it’s like she and Harry told them, they wanted to see them as individuals/partners. Not slaves/servants to order around willy nilly. So they must respect their choices even if they may not like it and worry for them. You can obviously tell that I really approved of you having Winky and Dobby see that memory with Hokey.

The Gaunt dad echoed to his daughter, Merope Gaunt, the words that the Dursleys said to Harry countless times.
IMO Tom Riddle junior has imperiused Mrs. Cole so that she can't speak out about his bullying other inhabitants of the orphanage.
I am livid that Dumbles told tom Riddle junior how to get to platform nine and three quarters but Hagrid did not afford Harry the same courtesy.
I love every syllable of Dobby's rant.
And of Winky's.
