This was great! Absolutely love this story to bits. I adore percy and kara's relationship and how they just fit together so well. Their understanding and deep connection is beautiful and it's wonderful to see percy find that in someone after losing his entire universe and ending up in a different one. Also love your portrayal of how percy went hunting and *why* he went hunting. Not to be a hero, but to fight and die. And that's the reason why it's so easy to accept kara's request of him stopping. Because now he gets to live with her, instead of dying in a fight

Some od my favourite chapters were when percy and kara visited Martha and john and the farm. I honestly love seeing percy work around the farm and work with the stables and the horses and all that. It felt like he fit there so well and I just loved him becoming a part of the family. It was so sweet and lovely

And I love that when percy is in trouble, he's still percy and takes no shit. The kidnapping? Top tier, chefs kiss, one of my favourite chapters. It was just genius. And his going to war against the invasion and just going all out on the aliens/hawk-aliens (I'm so sorry I forgot their name and I didn't copy the written word before I started this review so you're gonna have to accept the hawk-aliens shorthand) is also top tier. And absolutely 100% what percy would do in this situation. Yes, he might have a minor freak out, but then he'd get to business and go to war and you can be sure he's gonna be brutal and efficient about it.

I also love seeing percys character in juxtaposition with the young sidekicks; Kaldur, Robin, speedy, the arrow guy (also forget their names, lol, sorry). I love that contrast and the conflict when young morals and ideals meet percy's, who comes from the demigod world of kill or be killed, and hunted half, if not, all of his life. Of wars and countless of battles, of tartarus itself. And how that all comes into play again with this invasion. It's a brilliant show of his character and it's made in such exciting contrast to the other younger heroes, and I love how percy is bloodied and jaded and harsh in comparison to them, when facing this invasion, this war. Percy already sees this as a war and he's ready to meet it. The other kids not so much. And if they see it as a war, they don't understand it. Can't understand it. Especially not the way percy does. And I love that clash of characters meeting over that

Of course I'm also just very excited to see percy go all out in his war against the hawk-aliens, both with powers and fighting prowess and strength and just his absolutely devastating attitude towards fighting and killing them. They took Kara and it's fucking personal for him and he'll not let them forgot that soon. Delicious

I'm very excited to see this hawk-alien invasion play out more. More of their plan and play at invading earth. But mostly just to see percy and young justice kids fuck up things and fight against them. It's just very exciting to see how this invasion and war will pan out, see more of percy wrecking their shit and going all out with his powers (because I love percy and his powers) and how they'll free the Justice League and a reunion between kara and percy

I'll be saving this fic! Even if it doesn't finish, it'll be an exciting one to return to for a reread. But I hope one day you'll be able to post more chapters. Until then, know that I had a great time reading this fic and I'll be crossing my fingers for more updates one day
