he could have asked fox how many ways are there to cut the audio, and why would she cut the audio but not the video? especially when doing so makes her look more guilty?

And something I have always wondered about; The Hero escaping jail to prove their innocence; in many RL countries (Not all!) pulling a jailbreak is indeed a crime, (Here in GB it is a semi serious one, for example)...So how would this stand up in court?
