I've definitely enjoyed so far, the relationship between Daphne and Harry feels like one you might find in an anime or cartoon fore teenagers, I see a lot of people complain about Daphne's personality and behavior but I don't see an incurable bitch I see an abrasive slightly socially awkward introvert, from a guys perspective I see nothing wrong with her insults, I've said much worse to my buddies and they've said worse back, it's never said in a sincere way, and I didn't pick up any sincerity in her behavior. I'm definitely looking forward to more chapters and hopefully the completion of this story, good luck in life and I wish anyone reading this well

This is the best Harry and Daphne fanfiction, I really like how their relationship develops slowy, that makes it much more realistic in my opinion. I hope you continue it soon.

And here's where I drop out. Daphne is an enormous bitch to most everyone around her, including the people that are her closest friends, and she treats Harry like dirt most of the time. Poor kid doesn't have enough experience with healthy relationships to know how shit she is at being a decent human being. And then there's Harry putting up with the Marauders' shit excuses for their infancy at Christmasthe reasons for not writing him basically boil down to self pity and it is pathetic. Harry should have been actually angry about it. It happens in fics a lot be cause it's a natural response to being treated like garbage. I tried to get over it, but I can only take watching somebody roll over and just accept abuse for so long.

Yeah, this is where I have to drop. Basically, there are no changes to canon at all, and your story description makes it seem like he'd learn magic in the Chamber, when in reality he sucks at magic and everything he's performed so far has been based on luck. He's made no attempt to better himself for some reason, and you somehow made this Harry even worse than the movie version. At least Harry in the movies had some confidence in his abilities. The final nail in the coffin was that cringe scene where he asked Cho out and got totally denied, which wouldn't be as bad if you introduced Cho earlier on the story instead of dropping her out of nowhere when you've already been talking to Daphne for so long. Overall, 4/10 story.

Love this story so far, and honestly as for what was said in the authors' note, I simply don't see most of the complaints. It's like you said as for the relationships and I quite frankly fond it reprehensible that Harry forgave Ron in canon. As for the supposed "submissive-ness" Harry saying sir to Cyrus is more along that line, also a line called respect. I too have friends who I trade barbs with, you have no idea how often I've heard about the drunk corn incident.

Sometimes plans are destined for the bin, the way you introduced Cyrus works well.

I just saw that you aren't even a native english speaking person and that amazed me. Because I love your stor, so far! It's so well written it's one of my favourites even compared to real books like eragon or narnia. Thank you for your work and please keep writing. Don't let people change your idea of this perfect story so far. Love every twist and aspect of it! Helps me learn english, as I'm not a native speaker too. ;)

Okay, I must say, having the map hint at the correct phrase when someone says something along the lines of what a future Marauder might say was a brilliant way to close up the canon plot hole of how Fred and George could know the maps phrases. Great job!
