Hey, no worries. Your data wouldn't get lost if your motherboard goes unless very bad case scenario. You can just unscrew the harddisk, and use a SATA cable to use it like a normal external harddisk. I have like 4 HDDs that way.

Also, small advice, I never see the worth of buying a new motherboard unless the laptop is really new cause buying a new motherboard is almost as good as getting a new laptop - so better to get the latter

Well it can be seen now, but i have had trouble seeing any new or updated stories for several days and i know others have had the same problem. I think that is why you havent had any views , the website has had issues this week, but today everything seems fine , so i guess that more view will come
