Guest chapter 27 . 6/6 By the Titan of Sin, a quick google search only results in Tartarus, so I'm going to assume Perseus means him. If so, then I can't wait for the next chapter! I love how, despite the pantheon separation done in WW2, the other pantheons still clearly have some influence in other worlds. It feels like you're referencing the other works of Rick Riordan that canonically take place in the same universe. Guess Kronos must have messed up a significant amount of things with his temporal manipulations. That you're involving the Catholic pantheon is even better because Riordan hasn't touched it in his works where all mythology is real(by which logic, so should the Catholic pantheon, one of the biggest religions in the world). I'm also very happy that all the mythological beings are getting their just desserts for their crimes of the ancient past and the current present. Ares, the Gorgons, Aphrodite, etc, I can only hope it continues with Commodus, Blackbeard and the others. I was sort of worried that the Luke and Annabeth situation was going to involve less than pleasant circumstances, then I remembered about Thalia, so I can only guess that Luke might hold a flame out for her and with the Fleece, she can be brought back, so there shouldn't be issues with the Annabeth situation. The rest, well, I hope they each end up with someone at the end, it only seems fitting. You've also created a whole lot of mysteries that look to be revealed in the next chapter(who is pulling certain strings if it's not the Sire? Who is the murderer Perseus wants released from the Underworld? Lots of other things), and while I'm certainly looking forward to the reveals, I can only hope that you're not taking upon yourself a too big workload. It can't be easy juggling all these mysteries and ensuring they don't get mixed up in your notes. |

Asharzal chapter 27 . 6/6 Thanks for the chapter! And somehow I still have this vision in my mind of the Suicide Squad returning victorious to New Byzantium in a triumph. With Perseus Jackson leading a parade, the bound and defeated goddess Neo-Isis forced to march after his chariot. |
Gamerlover chapter 27 . 6/6 Slower chapterchange of pace but nice exposition and calm after a Big Battle. We finally find out what the curse was and its a lot worse than i expected if it comes into fruition; will be interesting to see what the dreaded king of pirates does to respond and finagle his way out of it, for im sure hed suddenly find himself the maddened slave of many lol. Twas interesting to see the wave of madness/lust go through new constantinople; in your expositions and scenes you give us lots of small breadcrumbs/details to pick up on, and all that leads me to ask what stems from it. Hecate wanted the underworld throne before hades got his 3 queens, tethys isnt a fan of a her husband, one of gaia’s “oldest children” is interested in him (maybe rhea? Theia? Maybe she referred to tethys, tethys has that pirate vibe percy loves—is there a reason for that design choice on her btw?) quite frankly i hope percy gets uncursed, but i still hope he gets himself his gaggle of goddesses… or titanides. Lou seems to have made a pitch to annabeth… but Amphitrite’s words ring clear, he needs goddesses to keep him in check. Also interesting punishment for the gorgons, incoming Maid Dusa x) also very intrigued with what you do with aspasia/aspen, the now mortal heiress… will she spent some time on the Doom while she regains immortality? I am curious to see the future interactions between percy and his seafam, he has done quite a bit for them (tho its pretty reciprocated) and it would be cool to see that acknowledged Also thought that jupiter seemed w lot more measured, or at least a sated jupiter is lol…still wont save zeus tho And man oh man will the next chapter be absolutely crazy with dio as a judge… madness galore, im personally not sure i can wait so maybe i have to go and peruse some matron website… |
Paul chapter 27 . 6/6 I know he is an overconfident scum bag who so probably going to reinforce that impression and die horribly, but Commodus is my favorite Triumviste allies character so far,and for now I would be happy if you kept him around for the entire story. A fantastic chapter that I expect to joyfully reread many times over the coming months and years. |
Guest chapter 27 . 6/6 really tricky and yet interesting idea from Perseus regarding his solution to the curse from Aphrodite. guess its time for the Neo labours of hercules |
