Bloody hell. Harry is adorable, and an idiot. Remus is brave, and an idiot. No words for the rest. Your story is tied for first with "Seeking Ginny" as the best Harry/Ginny story I've read. Ginny has such an interesting perspective on life, so aware and reasonable. She isn't dramatized. You've found the happy sense of medium. She isn't completely insecure, but neither is she 100% self-confident. She's pretty but not glamorously so. She's a Weasley through and through: able to live comfortably in chaos, loyal to her dying breath, wickedly funny and mischevious at some points, and capable of loving someone with all her being. And Harry loves her fiercely in return. You did an excellent job truly making us believe Harry was indifferent to Ginny until the moment of revelation, unlike most stories where it is quite obvious that he does and Ginny's just blinded by her insecurities. Wonderful plotline as well. Exciting and enticing all the same. Remus and Tonks are just the cutest thing since babies, and Maeven is so visually present. I especially enjoy Ginny's on-again-off-again ability to see the connection that people have between them. Your words truly do paint a picture for me, clear as day. You also have amazing talent when it comes to describing action in battle, which is difficult. VERY difficult. The duel between Ron and Ginny was wonderful, but it was as Remus roared to life, literally, to avenge Sirius upon Bellatrix that I truly realized what a remarkable gift you have. Never stop writing. 1) Ginny. Great character, and didn't annoy me at all - which is saying something as she's the main female and I usually can't stand them.

2) Harry. Excellent - loved him to pieces. A very detailed character; all that stuff about Ginny knowing how to 'speak Harry' seemed very true to life (and funny). I also really liked how he apologized quite quickly; that them staying mad for ages and not talking to one another wasn't a major (irritating) plot point. Enjoyed his complements v. much (they're something of a private joke in my circles now) especially the zoo and freckles ones.

3) I was amazed at how you fit the plot of your story believably into the plots of JK's - v. well done.

All in all, this is one of my favourite stories on and I'm spreading the word like crazy. You haven't updated in ages so I'm guessing you won't, but we can still hope! Actually, the way you left it is a pretty good ending, so it's not too excruciating a wait.

Beautiful Story. It really was. Besides a few minor errors like Sinistra teaching Arithmancy, it was very well written and close to canon. This was written a LONG time ago, but a lot of it happened in HBP. The Harry and Ginny drama was perfect; it makes it so much more satisfying when they do finally get together. I thought that they would stay together after the DA party, you caught me there. This was very well written also and you put a lot of thought into it, I could tell. You are a very talented writer. Thank you for the wonderful story.

Oh, I wish you'd update soon! I think this story's so sweet and so funny and so true to JKR's books...FF is lacking good Harry/Ginny stories like this.

I had began reading this some time ago, and to be honest, I adored it. For the first time in a story on here, Ginny took on her own. She was pictured as being a person that was not an extension of Harry or Ron or any other character. She was herself, with different thoughts and ideas. I really liked that. But then I lost this story, and couldn't find it until the other day. So here, finally, is my review.

I can only say that this is, truly, one of the best stories I've read on here. I'm a frequent person on here, though my own stories are posted on I tend to stay away from fanfiction in terms of personal writing. But the job you did with this, can only be sensational. Excellent job.

Hmm, is that the end then? At least it wasn't a cliffhanger, but could have used a little notice to say so, y'know?

I really enjoyed this story, especially how the relationships drawn between the characters. Not just Harry and Ginny, but the friendships, especially Ginny and Neville.

Oh I really enjoyed reading this fanfic. It's been great!
