I really enjoyed this story. It's a wonderful perspective you give Ginny, and the face that you wrote it pre HBP and DH, nice accuracy! Snape's ties was a great moment, and you predicting his true allegiances is also brilliant. I know it's been absolute years, but I would be so happy if you finished this off. I'm really dissatisfied as to where you left it, and even though I know the canon ending I want to know your ending as well. Your writing is great, please come back to it! :)

I just found your story again. I read it way too many years ago to remember why I kept it...Why did you stop writing it? I am rereading it befor I deleated it but even if you didn't finish it, It is one I'll keep.

So this review is well over due. I have read this story for the past 4 years at least a million times. it's absolutely wonderful...possibly the best i've ever read.

This story is as good as it was the first time I read it. :) Are you going to continue it?

I'm rereading this fic for the second time. While I remember enjoying it very much the first time, (which was a really long time ago) I find it a bit too slow-moving for my liking now.

You do illustrate Ginny's emotions beautifully, but I can't see much of a plot yet. The introduction of Familiars had so much potential but in actuality now seems more like a gimmick than anything else - up till now, Maeven seems more like a pet, and even then, a pet without personality. That's such a pity. I was hoping for Maeven to finally contribute in some way to the story, to somehow aid in Ginny's personal growth, to build some unique friendship with her... but even in this fight scene, one wonders what the phoenix’s purpose was. (to pick up Ginny's wand in the end? seriously? that's it?)

Your fight scene could also be improved - it was woefully lacking of any excitement or true "flow". Do you get what I mean? It was like a turn-based game, with each just… casting one spell at a time and waiting for the other to react.

I know that you wrote this story such a long time ago, and your writing would likely have improved so much since, so who knows how relevant this critique would be... But since you did spend much effort in writing this (no matter how long ago that was), and gave me some hours of diversion, I thought I should at least acknowledge this somehow. Thank you for sharing this, and hope that you're still continuing your writing on some other platform! :)

Ginny is such a MORON in this chapter!How thick can you get? Oh so its ok for her to go off with Dean and play around with him but he can't even talk to Cho? And no I'm not trying to defend Harry im just saying Ginny doesn't understand why Harry acts the way he does and Harry doesn't understand Ginny either. UH! I want to just bang my head into a wall!
