Well, if Snape moves to Australia, the Ministry can whistle for its Galleons.

And Ron knows exactly what is going on when he gropes Hermione while Snape is watching-which gives him the results he wants, Snape leaving.

I am very happy Snape isn't going back to Hogwarts-he shouldn't have to make nice with people who have tried to murder him more than the minimum necessary.

Both Harry and Lucius would pay the fine, but it would come with waaay too many strings.

Then again, there is always the Highly Expensive and Complicated Potion Industry, or maybe Bill et al can use another cursebreaker.

If I were Percy, I'd smile and leave the country. Bill and Charlie are never treated like he is.

So where is Snape going to find twenty thousand Galleons? No doubt they'll laugh and throw him in Azkaban for nonpayment of the debt.

How nice.

That's what he gets for helping to save the Wizarding World (while Lucius Malfoy walks free as a bird. I bet that tells any future Slytherins how dumb it will be to betray any future Dark Lord).

I'm glad that Hermione saw those memories; Harry still thinks the world of his mum, naturally, but Hermione knows that not even Lavender would pull that kind of stuff on anybody. But Lily, as ever, is *special*.
