Ignoring the really cringe calling Alaya in vain which made me wince given that does not happen in the source material, this will still be interesting.

In the genetic diversity thing, I'd think someone like Medea can actually whip that out with her magecraft and fix it by outright artificially diversifying the gene pool enough.

I really like the way you approach this crossover, the slice of life of Shirou and the other servants and how the androids feel of them is heartwarming: Shirou/EMIYA (chaldea's certificate mom) as a agent of Alaya (the spiritual "mother" of android kind) can be like an guardian angel for them, fuck he even can jumpstart a cult or reenact a legend of him as "the last hero of Mankind"
