And I'm pretty sure by the time you wrote this fanfiction it was common knowledge that JK Rowland made it clear that like 98% of the Magical world uses Wandless magic. Warns are only popular in Europe and America which fits because by it forcing wizards and witches to use ones it makes them easier to control after all once they break the law all you have to do is snap there one and it's very difficult for them to use their magic because they were never trained how to use their magic without a wand. However all of the rest of the world only sees a wand as at best a useful tool but it's not something that they prefer to use they are taught to master wandless magic in their magical schools.
