You don't have to worry about making Natsu a Mary sue if he won against Jura. He should be more powerful than canon with what he learnt... I'd say that Natsu might be on the same level as he was when Lucy found him post Tartarus.

By the way, what about second origin? Since Juvia and Natsu didn't go with the rest, then they still haven't unlocked their second Origin, yes?

Just wanted to say enjoying this so far. Also, there's nothing wrong with making them very strong as long as it actually makes sense WHY they're so strong. You giving them intense training and what not is waaay better than what just gets pulled in canon. Personally, I love seeing almost invincible main characters, especially when one is the female lead. Still, remember Alvarez and Tartarus and much stronger people than Jura exists in the FT universe. If they overpower everyone now, well, they still have more even matches later... Just please don't nerf them out of nowhere. OP is better than some random nerf haha.

I love their fights! Btw it’s Gary Stu or Marty Stu. There’s one more. Well either way, the idea of Natsu controlling others elements beside his own fire was definitely amazing. Bet that eclipse gate scene gonna be wholesome, lit.
