the mc has no national pride, or pride to be of the first men. He is just a tourist and a business man, trying to make money in any way, not caring about culture or his gods. That's annoying. We like reading about the north because of the culture of the first men, and the mc just pisses all over it. Even thinking about using the iron borns as a work force shows that much

he is really stupid with that wantom immigration from the south. They are andals who serve the faith of the seven. Blond and blue eyed, any north man would see at a glance that ryther port is a southern city.
