why did she push harry if she was called first for the wand check? the ring wasnt slytherins it was gaunts and prevells the locket was slytherins, are you saying they never found that one? the locket was easy to find and they did so in the books surely they did so in the dark past?

took it back to her back pulling them up to her neck? why hasnt harry talked to fleur about seeing peter on the map? why didnt the twins see fleur on the map year 1&2?

couldnt fleur sign his permisson slip pretending to be vernon? so harry going to be able to produce venom now? couldnt she also wrangle sirius , or at least tell harry he might not mean him harm?

has anyhting come of fleur sneaking into the hosptial wing to report harry malnoursiment ?fleur birthday isnt halloween. charlie is the dragon handler not bill and two more childhood memories? also why doesnt fleur want to change much? if she does it will help harry in the long run and it would be better for them both, also why cant fleur pinch the map and give it to harry in third year? after she copy all the chamr work on it? why didnt harry ask fleur? he would of asked her about a lot of other stuff. also the bit about hermione and talking to fleur about harry been a older brother? hermione is older then harry, harry never told her what he would want for his brithday, and it couldnt say no. not so no, why couldnt fleur just say the snake of this year and generation wouldnt know? and that what he is hearing is a snake? the pasletongue i only dark in birtian everywhere else it is grey at best india have or should have a crap ton of them never did understand why the patills didnt speak up

Fleur says she sleep without nightmares at the world cup at the beginning of Chapter 7, but then again says she sleeps without nightmares, FOR THE FIRST TIME, the night she lets him know she's a time traveler. Harry even notes, in the same scene, he slept with her at the world cup, and she noted to him at the time how well she slept. Other than that, another great chapter.

Chapter 4: You seem to be using DA in place of Defense or Defense Against the Dark Arts (DADA). The DA refers to Dumbledore's Army, not the class. It's minor, but jarring with Harry not yet in 5th year. lol. I really like Fleur making the Chamber incident worse. Too often time travel has every problem fixed by foreknowledge, and doesn't include much in the way of unintended consequences. Very well done.

I'm sure this has already been caught, but Charlie was the dragon handler, Bill was a curse breaker. (Chapter 3 when Fleur returns to school after Christmas). Also when Harry gets the key for the door (trap 3), you say Fleur had never seen him fly, but you had previously gone to his first Qudditch game.

Not at all an error, and I usually resist putting in my own $0.02, but when Fleur goes though the flames, you mention her getting through because she was willing to take a little burn and the teachers would not have expected that. It would seem to me to be more likely that the teachers didn't expect a Vella to be the one trying. We know from the world cup that they have a affinity for fire as shown by the wandless fireballs. It would make sense a Vella expecting fire, and using even basic fire resisting spells would have a much easier time dealing with them. You've pointed out that Hogwarts seems to have a rather high threshold for what constitutes "dangerous", so I would expect there to be a great many students who wouldn't really be deterred by a light singeing.

Anyway, really enjoying this. There are far too few time travel stories in which Harry is NOT the one going back. It's also fun to see Fleur struggling with Harry needing his trials, but her own need to help him. The balance seems about right.

What a gem of a story! Gives me "Across the time" vibes, where Fleur has the chance to go back in time to do things her way. I am very curious though if the basilisk venom/phoenix tears will bite them in the ass down the line. I'm looking forward for new updates!

I've been catching this up and although its an interesting way of handling the back-in-time trope, there is a lot of struggle with this chapter. 14-year-old Harry (abused though you say he is) tall and strong enough to pick up nearly three year older Fleur who is healthy and (even if you use the movie actress) much taller than the average 14 year old English boy? This seems questionable. Also, canon Hogwarts doesn't learn the stupefy spell until fourth year. Though it is possible Hermione would have studied ahead, it seems unlikely that Ron would have.
Again, this is an interesting premise that I actually like a lot but please do pay attention to canon if you're making Fleur mostly an observer to it with some exceptions for Harry's life improvement.
