Had they access to planes and trucks then maybe but in this medieval setting you are talking months at the very least to gatter a host of atleast a thousand men. What I mean to say is that your timescale feels off.

Honestly yeah this is about the most believable ending here, in canon with the advanced tech they had its established they could get Atlas into the upper atmosphere above the range of Grimm, so between that and the Relic of Creation its not completely impossible they could potentially have done a Kars solution and found a way to launch her into space to drift immortal forever since we haven't seen any evidence she has long range teleportation, but in this story with the middle ages tech level? Yeah they do not have a means to remove her for good, so a bargain like this is more or less the best case scenario

A love story where the main girl "miltia malachite" has a good relationship with jaune like in "Service with a Smile" would also be interesting.

Another would be a story similar to "Hunter x Hunter" where Jaune, being younger, travels the world "little prince" style.

Bittersweet ending, but it seems oddly fitting with how the tone of the story is. I kinda did want Jaune to reunite with his old family though, get some reactions from them on how his life went. But I suppose this will be good enough.
