It's time to recognize that canon RWBY has turned to trash, bud. Sticking anything beyond the basic character personalities does nothing but sabotage your own stories. Your best work was when we didn't have anything beyond Season 3.

I know RWBY is your bread and butter, but I think you'd be much better served by just writing your own original stories and setting up a "X chapters early" subscription on the p a treon. I'd resub, anyway.

As it is, the characters of RWBY have all grown into insufferable trash. Even if you don't decide to write your own worlds, I hope that you chop away all the garbage canon development and proceed with a story about whatever you want. It was more fun when Nora didn't always end up with Ren, and Blake didn't always end up with Yang, and the Brother Gods weren't at the root of the world's story (which is just a horrible, unredeemably bad idea).

You know, to be very blunt, I'm not sure if you really need it. I mean, most people have already listed the problems with this fic (and your other recent fics in general), and even you yourself said it was too formulaic. Which honestly follows the trend with a lot of your stories lately - interesting beginning, then settling into a routine after a few chapters, and then the story kinda staggers on until it's wrapped up, with the ending usually being less than satisfying. As good a writer as you are, unfortunately, your fics do tend to go out not with a bang, but a whimper. That, and all the forgotten plot lines and occasional mistakes other reviewers have already pointed out.
What I mean to say is that maybe you don't need to juggle so many stories at once, if none of them end up being as good as they can be. I know it's been how you do things for a long time now, but honestly, I for one would rather have one or two fics that are very good - and I know you can write those - rather than multiple fics that, while technically well-written, still end up being sorta meh. You do you, of course, but I'm probably not alone in thinking that.

Well, I'm not so sure about the ending, but I can accept a happily ever after, even if it still leaves a lot of things unspoken (like, how will Remnant's tech level rise if they don't have access to dust anymore?)

Anyway, if you're taking ideas on new stories, I've personally always wanted to read one where the Jaune that goes to beacon got there legitimately with actual huntsman training. Trained his aura and got his canon semblance, went to a preparatory school and all. Nothing more than that, no AU elements beyond him actually starting at Beacon at a similar training level as his teammates.
Because you have to admit, with his semblance not only boosting aura's power, but also a semblance's power, him being pure support could allow some extreme level powerups for his teammates (I'd bet that Pyrrha with it would be able to successfully imitate Magneto in regards to the hacked Atlas battleships, Ruby becomes Quicksilver, Yang becomes the Hulk, Blake imitates Naruto's shadow cloning, etc), and him having some manner of confidence while still being his dorky self (not too confident) and some hunter-school experience under his belt would help with the relationship drama, stuff like that.
I came across the concept in some other fanfics, but it always involved some additional AU elements beyond that one, or was a form of crossover, I can't really find one that has just those elements, and you're really good at making Jaune-centric stories, so I hope you take it under consideration.

I'd actually recommend you start taking Sundays off, now that this story's complete, especially because you don't have another idea readily at hand, because that's usually a sign of burnout. You can check with your patrons first and see what they think about it, if you're worried about forsaking your commitment to maintaining a certain number of stories.

Great story. And its open ended nature means that you could eventually do a sequel another thousand years into the future. Maybe next time Jaune would retain his memories from his past life.
Actually, that’s an interesting idea. If a past host of Ozpin reincarnated and then became Ozpin’s host again, would their previous life’s memories come back to them upon the merge.

Glad this story has ended. It was good and all, but I've ended up getting annoyed with it without any real reason. Maybe because of characters, they seemed kinda off to me \_(ツ)_/ . Also, it's great, that RBB taking Sunday slot, love this story a lot. Actually, all of presents stories are great. And, I'm sure, that my voice don't change anything, but I hope, that new story will be with Ruby or Weiss as main character. There is surely not enough Ruby fics.

I’ve read all of your stories. I really enjoy your prose, your humor, your sense of tension and especially your world building. The best thing is that in most of your stories you end with a fade to black with the protagonist having sex with their spouse lol
