Man, I have to say that this version of Asia is not only far better than the canon version, she's also better than the numerous fanfic versions too.

Also I love how Sora is initially like "idgaf about this girl", and by the end it's like even he might cry. It's ultra rare to see a harem story with such character development.

You know, for someone who was inspired by Shiro's stories, your protag is unbelievably nice lmao. Not that it's a bad thing. Honestly a breath of fresh air. Most gamer fics either have straight up evil mc, or "good" mc who is only good when it's convenient(well, yours might be like that since I haven't read the rest of it, but this chapter has some good signs that it's probably not)

killing off issei just to add drama is kind of fucking annoying... trying to force the MC into the protagonist role despite him picking outsider not protagonist when given the choice. whats the point of giving him the choice if you're just going to force him into the role.

I kinda hope he plays into the Clan Sakai thing. Like when the devils ask who he is and why hes getting stronger say shit pike "Clan Sakai was once a prominent samurai clan, now that I'm the last and I'm blessed with the ability to make swords from god it is my duty to rebuild my clan to its former glory."

I hope he learns to use a katana instead of just regular holy swords

Huh. i was worried about the summoner job at first. i figured everything he summoned would be an animal or spirit. but with human like spirits thats great. with the masks on their faces he can pretend he belongs to a swcret organization and has some kind of background instead of just a single dude.

I hope he has some way to keep his magic/sacred gear from being noticed
