I don't see anything remotely Slytherin from this tweet. Either he is hiding something or you need to read more about psychopathy, because Slytherins generally possess those traits.

THIS is where the change occurs. Your description made me think Baldie's visit would change something. That action didn't consequentially cause Harry's curious nature, a trait that most intelligent children possess, something that canon Harry doesn't have. Though this one might be not so different since reading a lot of books doesn't necessarily make you intelligent.

Aside from genderbent Baldie, what changes? I don't see the significance of this event. It reveals a lot of bullshittery like Gellert's close relationship to Baldie, but this event didn't show anything remotely life-changing for young Harry (ignoring his parents' death, obviously).
