Good chapter, the humour, the characters, missed this so much!

Well well, a nice surprise with a new chapter. Admittedly, it's been a long while having recalled anything from the Avatar franchise, and "lion turtles" are giving me a mental image of a varient of the 'Genbu' god-beast. And an interesting cameo detail of a certain spirit relevant in the sequel show. I don't entirely remember if in canon the library was revisited after the detour caused by the sandbender bandits taking Appa, but it seems that Aang currently doesn't know about the previous incarnations... yet (unless it was also the case in the show and he had learned of his predecessors elsewhere). Besides Tanya herself, while Mary seems to have a variant of herself as what amounts to an Earth Kingdom war project, wonder if anyone else starts to make appearances as well.

Though now I'm thinking of a cosmic joke that could occur: a certain spirit that seems oddly familiar, beginning to follow Tanya around as she searches for the lion turtles. The kicker here is when the spirit somehow produces a darn good cup of coffee. ...the implications settle in after a bit. More seriously, I'm genuinely curious about the results of Tanya's search for those lion turtles, as while there may be one Avatar (plus a noted spirit thats part of that process), I don't think there necessarily is a rule that prevents there being "more than one 'multibender'"(plus another spirit choosing to be involved out of curiosity; spirits don't usually share a general set of morals and character). Well, unless a considerable number of other spirits become that concerned, that is.

I really hope she will get Energybending.

Wasn't her entire reason for hating the avatar the fact that Being X told her that he was X's avatar in that world? Considering Tanya now knows the origin of how the avatar came to be shouldn't her views on him alter a bit? Either she'd not hate him as much because she figured out Being X lied, or she'd start attributing Rava to be Being X right? At the very least you'd think that entire dilemma would get a mention as to how she squares that hole.

Allways a treat when this story updates. But i cant wait for next chapter and the chacter interactions btween Tanya and team Avatar.

I fucking love it. Tanya stuck in the desert with the Gaang. How's Zuko going to feel about all this, can't imagine being him right now.

Hope to see more of the story unfold as Gaang eventually grow strong to overpower Tanya in future books, or maybe convert her to their side, who knows?
