Other gaming system classify that as a passive mastery, the more you master it the more passive bonus you get.
Dumb mofo writes CQB/CQC as an activated thing. You don't press or think an off or on button to do a punch, you fucking do it.

Shippude very bad after Pain Arc

I like og Naruto more, I think it was smarter all around compared to Shippuden where it started to go above and beyond what it needed to.

The story is way too far ahead for this to matter, but damn, water was a lame choice. If all Naruto’s opponents were water-based so far, why would he not automatically go to the element that counters it? If he’s not logical enough to even level his lucky stats, we know OG Naruto would have gone fire or lightning even in canon. The only thing he used the wind element for was to add to the Rasengan.
